We are well into 2017 now and as the weather starts to improve the cycling season is just around the corner. Many of you will be getting prepare and thinking of upgrading your bike to one of this season hottest new road bikes.
We took a look at a few recent releases from Specialized, Trek, Giant, Orbea and Cervélo
Specialized Roubaix Elite 2017
The new Specialized Roubaix Elite 2017 from Tredz Bikes features a new revolutionary technology developed with the help of McLaren. There is a totally new suspension system in this new model, which provided up to 20mm of movement. This means a much smoother ride and allowing for you to ride faster.

Trek Domane SL 6 2017 Road Bike
The Trek Domane SL 6 2017 Road Bike from Evans Cycles has been built using Trek’s 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame, the frame is lightweight to improve performance. The frame also includes Trek’s IsoSpeed technology which lets the seat move with the rider allowing for better comfort and efficiency.
Shimano Ultegra 6800, 11-speed gearset is included which allows a range of gearing to accommodate any type of rider, you’ll be able to sprint up the hills or sit back and spin improving performance and comfort.
Other features also include Bontrager Speed Stop, direct mount brakes provide great confidence in the corners and in wet-weather conditions and Bontrager Race Tubeless Ready wheels and Bontrager tyres offer more grip and traction in wet conditions.
Giant TCR Advanced 2 Disc 2017

Orbea Avant M10i Team-D 2017
The Orbea Avant M10i Team-D 2017 from Tredz Bikes. Orbea are offering for the first time in 2017 disc brakes on race bikes. Its Avant model has a lighter frame and it’s more aero dynamic and allows for tyres up to 28mm to fit. The Orbea Avant M10i comes with a Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 groupset with 11 speeds to tackle any hills.
The distance between axles is longer, which means the bike is stable, easy to handle and has very good vibration absorption for increased comfort. A higher stack (handlebar position) and shorter reach allow for a relaxed position, which again reduces riding fatigue after a long ride.

Cervélo S3 Disc Ultegra Road Bike 2017
The Cervélo S3 Disc Ultegra Road Bike 2017 from Sigma Sports is leading the bike market in aerodynamics. It has recently added disc brakes to the series, these S3 discs provide strong and reliable braking power of Shimano’s BR-RS805 hydraulic disc brakes.
